Sonoelectrochemical Synthesis of Antibacterial Active Silver Nanoparticles in Rhamnolipid Solution

The results of studies the synthesis AgNPs colloidal solutions by cyclic voltammetry (E from +1.0 to −1.0 V) in rhamnolipid (RL) and use soluble anodes ultrasound field (22 kHz) are presented. It is shown that algorithm anodic dissolution—reduction Ag(I)—nucleation, formation makes it possible obtain nanoparticles with size 1 nm 3 nm. was found an increase RL concentration g/L 4 g/L, cathodic currents as well rate formation, respectively. also increases temperature 20°C 60°C, corresponds diffusion-kinetic range action this factor. Moreover, depends little on temperature. character UV-Vis pattern (with absorption maximum 415 nm) same over a wide nanoparticle concentrations. curves practically do not change time, which indicate stability processes during prolonged sonoelectrochemical synthesis. antimicrobial activity synthesized strains Escherichia coli, Candida albicans, Staphylococcus aureus established.
